We do not currently require a doctor referral. However, if you are able to obtain a referral, this may help with reimbursement through insurance with the superbill.

A plan of care with a recommendation of services will be determined by the SLP following the evaluation based on your child’s needs.

All of our speech therapy services through MAPS are private pay only at this time.
Payments are completed via online invoicing and we do offer a monthly superbill which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for out-of-network services. Speech services may also be eligible through FSA/HSA funds. Please contact your insurance company prior to booking an appointment to clarify what your policy provides. -
That is no problem! You can even join from your phone so we can use play-based, movement-friendly activities. Each session includes parent coaching, using your child’s interests and toys you already have at home—making it easy to keep practicing between sessions.

We are happy to collaborate with your school SLP in effort to maximize progress. A release of information form will need to be completed in order to collaborate.
